No desire to work

Reception of the hotel without wanting to work I call to make a reservation for a gift and for the reception girl everything is a better problem to book elsewhere where they want to attend you Logically I have not made a reservation nor will I make it

EXCELLENT MORE ALBEREDA

We were spending a hotel night to celebrate with my wife the 15 years of marriage and everything spectacular, starting with the hotel's own environment (an old farmhouse of pagès ), its staff very attentive to all the needs of the guest, the facilities and of course the breakfast based on sausages of the Plana de Vic and other delicious foods. I want to make special mention of
"ANNA" who is the hotel masseuse, we loved her sweetness and good work.

Care and attention.

I rate this hotel highly because of the care the staff take of guests. A small example, I rang reception, which is not continually manned, and within seconds the staff member, who had missed the call came to my door; some smart software, but also alertness. Another example, when I inquired about using the (indoor) pool, that same staff member brought a towel and took me to the pool. It's not large but it is heated.
The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom equipped with an excellent shower. The food in the restaurant, and the service, was top drawer. I liked the fact that the breakfast was Catalan. I would be happy to return here.
