A beautiful, relaxed and peaceful accommodation
What a beautiful hotel this place is, the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole place was relaxing and quiet. Our main struggle was that we couldn’t speak fluent spanish but i also would never expect somewhere like this to speak english. The only points i would make was that the chlorine in the pool seemed too high as it stained all our white swimwear yellow and I expected a little more to the breakfast with it being included such as maybe some eggs and hash browns, the options i was able to eat were the pastries and fruit which i personally only really eat fruit and pastries however my partner prefers hot breakfast foods, none of these points spoilt our stay and it finished off our holiday in a good way. Overall if you’re looking for somewhere self catering/B&B and want somewhere quiet with no rowdyness i would 100% recommend here, just make sure you have a car or a taxi to get you to the location. The animals were also a lovely bonus!

Very quiet and beautiful place
The place is very good, we rented the house with 3 bedrooms, everything was perfect. Very clean house, cleaning service every day. Beautiful swimming pool and very good breakfast. Very good air conditioning. Parking on site. Very pleasant place to visit the island.

Easy money - be aware: if you pay anything upfront, you will not get it back
I have travelled to many many places. I have never experienced such a dishonest behavior by willingly and knowingly not refunding a down payment (500 EUR) following a cancellation in due time and fully aligned to the policy. Everything is documented. It is not a mistake or a misunderstanding. The initial response was that i had to talk to booking.com...well, as it happens, i booked directly with the agroturismo, NOT with Booking.com. I have a full WhatsApp communication supporting the fact that Pilar (daughter of the owner) acknowledged she should refund the down payment and simply decides not to...please think twice before spending your money at this place. Very nice grounds indeed - i know because i went to visit while in Menorca hoping to get my money back. Honesty supersedes everything else dear Pilar. You made 500 EUR because it was easy money i guess. I will make sure as many people as possible know about your values. There are so many fantastic places in Menorca to spend your money with honest businesses - don't pick this one!

A stay of 10!
The stay has been 10. We stayed in an apartment. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen, the living room very comfortable and nice. Fantastic bathroom. And the room was great. Super comfortable bed. On the terrace of the apartment there was even a barbecue. And the beautiful and very quiet surroundings. The breakfast was very good. With lots of local produce.

Extremely disappointing experience - host did not honor refund promise and completely ignored us
I regret to say that my experience with this host was extremely disappointing.
We reserved and paid in advance for one night's accommodation on 25.06, a superior double room with terrace and private bathroom.
We arrived at the accommodation late in the evening on 25.06 and to our surprise, we were accommodated in a shared apartment with a very small bedroom and a bathroom in the hallway next to a kitchen, while other guests were staying already upstairs in the same apartment. Being late and having the plane the next morning, we wanted to rest, have peace and have our own bathroom, but the other guests were setting their table and were thinking of staying for a long time in the living room, wall to wall with our bedroom, the bathroom being in the hallway, having no privacy at all. We expressed our displeasure to the host, who replied nonchalantly that she had no other possibility to accommodate us and if we found another accommodation, she verbally assured us repeatedly that he would refund the amount paid, she would contact booking the next morning and she will refund us. Relaying on this promise, we paid for one night's accommodation at another hotel. Unfortunately the hosts promise turned out to be a lie.
Despite assuring us many times that we would receive a refund, the host failed to follow through on their promise. We made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but the host either ignored our messages or calls, she simply refused to answer the phone.
This lack of integrity and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying at this property unless you are prepared to deal with potential issues like this. Trust is essential when booking accommodations, and unfortunately, this host did not meet that standard.
