Support prevolo, dear! Problem with payment.
Hotel located a few minutes drive from Santander Airport.
Clean room but the fourth bed added (if you can define it as it was a cot almost floor height) you could not walk.
I had a problem with the room charge, in the afternoon of the reservation they wrote me an email saying that if I did not immediately update the credit card (international circuit with large capacity compared to the budget to be charged) or provide another they would cancel the reservation!
After traveling all over Europe and America it was the first time something like this had happened to me.
Given the location and type of room the value for money (215 euros) is not affordable.
Breakfast included.
In the area there is only 1 restaurant for dinner.

DIRTY AND SMELLS BAD
You have 3 stars left over Old smells bad small rooms dirty bathroom when I came in finally a disaster. It has no reception at night, the manager or director I don't know exactly what that super edge .. and I could keep writing more....

A Pleasant Surprise! For a 3 Star Hotel - 5 Stars Deserved -
I was initially sceptical about booking this hotel, as I usually prefer familiar brands. However, we booked this hotel at the last minute for an overnight stay before our ferry the next day.
We were pleasantly surprised.
Customer Service: The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast: A good selection of breakfast options.
Room Size: Spacious and well-appointed rooms.
Family: Yes and very warm and welcoming to Children
Although this is a 3-star hotel, I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in many nice hotels around the world, and I can confidently say that Hotel Nueva Plaza can compete with some of the 4/5-star hotels I’ve experienced.
