Pretty and central

It is located on the first floor in a building almost opposite the central market. We stayed in the Luana room, furnished very well with a very bright veranda. The only drawback is the noise coming from the street but if you close the windows you sleep. Automatic check in with codes

Stunning rooms in a central location

Structure in an excellent central position to reach any place, wonderful rooms and bathrooms, very clean, excellent value for money.
There are no keys, the entry codes are given on the day of arrival, which is convenient for us as we are a group of 6, furthermore the structure offers lockers to store luggage.
In case of need, if you contact the number indicated on the reservation they respond immediately and are kind.
Everything excellent!

great host, great apartment

cannot fault this place, from checking in to checking out.
lovely apartment located next to the city market, but it still felt quiet inside.
spoke with the lady who looks after these rooms and was asked if we wanted the room cleaning ,towells changing etc.

Super well located and super clean.

Modern apartment in Santander.

my wife and i stayed here for four nights in July. We were surprised that we had a flight of stairs to climb to gain access to our apartment, but we did get help with our bags so we managed.There was a street door and then another door at the top of the stairs to gain access to the appartments with their own doors so everything seemed safe.
The apartment was small and very minimalistic but was nice in its own way. the kitchen area was small but it worked and there was a coffee maker in there.
The bathroom area was visible from the bed area but it was ok for us,the wash hand basin though was very small for shaving etc.
The bed was comfortable and the street sound deadening double glazed door stopped all the street noise. The situation of the apartments was very good for access to the bars and sights of Santander so it was good for us.
We had a couple of small problems but the manageress sorted them out for us during the hours when she was in the building.
By Santander prices it was good value and we would consider staying there if we visited Santander again.
