10 day holiday

Just got back from a 10 day visit got exactly what we paid for nice cheap holiday.appartment not the Ritz but wasnt expecting to much but for the location and the pool area we grabbed a bargain. All room clean and tidy maid service every day and all the staff are there at your beckoned call to help out . Can not say how much the staff are there to make you feel so welcome all holiday long.maybe the people that moan about this complex should try booking with someone else, this is a nice cheap break holiday complex which gives you what you need and the staff also try to go the extra mile for you

Don't set your standards too high

These apartments are rated by jet2 as 4*,its never a 4 maybe 3* at a push.Apartment 305 in block h is very basic,bits of the kitchen hanging off.Silicon around the sink to keep the ants out.In the bathroom the ceramic sink had a really large hairline crack in it,not ideal for bacteria to get into.

Lovely hotel and staff.

I arrived for my first ever solo trip and got a two day break at a steal.
The room isn’t the Hilton but I was given a two bed apartment straight off the pool which completely makes up for it.
The pool is gorgeous and the manager? Anthony is fantastico, super friendly and helpful in all ways.
The hotel is super central and the rustic rooms just add to the charm.
I’ll definitely return!

The good the bad the ugly

On arrival they put us in a horrible dingy room but upgrade us free of charge but 2nd room was no better so we complained eventually putting us in room 203 which was really nice the hotel as been left to run down and needs some TLC and money spending on it gardens over grown pool area walls crumbling however rooms are cleaned towels changed bedding changed but the really good thing is location and the staff are really friendly and helpful I did not pay a lot for this holiday but I'm lead to believe some did would I stay there again yes for price I paid and in room 203 only advice I can give is some rooms are nice some are not so it's pot luck what you get brighter side some business are interested in buying this so should see improvements

Dirtiest place in the world

I was there with my family for a week and my apartment has never been cleaned. Every day I was asking at the reception to have it clean and they kept on saying it would be cleaned the next day. It never happened, not even when I spoke to the reception manager. The thing that made me mad the most was the fact that they kept reassuring us without doing anything.
If it was managed properly, it could be a very good place to stay because the position is very convenient both for the beach and for the restaurant area.
On top, the breakfast is poor, you have to ask for everything. It starts at 9 am (I wasn't expecting it to start this late, but this was not the main problem)... We found out orange juice was available just on our last day.
I won't be coming back for sure.
