Flirty hotel in the center

It is a very flirty little hotel, with a beautiful facade full of flowers on the balconies. It is very well located (of course, being in the center, next to the cathedral, it can be noisy at night; (there is always some idiotic tourist screaming at once), but we are easy to sleep. We were on the first floor; maybe the second floor is less noisy.
It was very clean and very flirty. The bathroom is spacious. Everything is exterior.
It's on a street full of restaurants and shops. Very good reception service.

Not what we expected

We hired the booking stay, it was supposed to be a hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️, but it is a Pension ⭐️⭐️.
The location is obviously unbeatable, but the amenities are not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel: small pier beds, no air conditioning and noise (it is a detail that they offer earplugs at reception)
If they advertised themselves for what they are, there would be no surprises.
I don't think we'll repeat.

Central and charming accommodation

We spent a night in this hotel during our visit to Santiago, Everything went very well, the room clean and the accommodation 1 minute walk from the cathedral. The staff was very nice and we had no problem with the noise despite being a very busy area.

Great Hotel

This is our third time staying here. The hotel is in a great location – 100m from cathedral and dozens of bars/cafes/restaurants within 200m. It’s on Rua Franco which is a main tourist street. The rooms are very clean but small. The reception desk is open during the day and early evening and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The street gets noisy at night, especially Friday & Saturday nights but that’s part of the fun staying here. Single rooms overlook Rua Franco with a small balcony with great views of the street and all that’s going on.

fantastic location

comfortable room with two Juliet balconies looking out into the square. A noisy location of an evening as there are two bars directly outside but this just adds to the atmosphere. Just a few minutes from the cathedral and the same from numerous cafes ,restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful staff.
