Hotel has a great location close to everything you need and city center. Staff is super friendly and hlepful. Rooms are clean, spacious and confortable.

Money stolen from suitcases in the locker

The truth is that it is a shame that a place that is this good and beautiful, end up screwing up your trip by opening suitcases in the locker and not just once, if not twice. We arrived to do the way From Santiago, we left the bags yesterday in the locker and when we collect it lacks money, we realize when we are already out and we have left the rooms, the problem we left the bags to walk and in another there was money, when we return we will check that there is no lack of money and in another of the backpacks they take our money again. We told the two young reception girls and they take it as a joke practically implying that we are the ones who are cheating them, they do not provide us anything but take it laughing and practically ignore us. We advise you to take into account all those who will leave something, do not leave money. The complaint is already filed, a greeting

The hotel reception is lousy

The reception of the hotel does not solve anything, we arrived.at 12 noon and we were not attended, just , before the protest made at 13 55 hs, we were offered a room inferior to the contracted, clear that I was with a health problem, mobility , this happened on 17-02-2026 .The room is spacious but lacks equipment.
The staff in the breakfast room is excellent, pity it is very poor.
