HOTEL WINDSOR - MUY BUEN HOTEL

The hotel is excellent value for money. While not a luxury hotel, it has everything you need from good service, excellent location (100 meters from the historic center), clean facilities and en-suite rooms within very acceptable.
The hotel offers breakfast with cereal, toast or some kind of bun, juice and coffee. Although not a buffet, it is a sufficient breakfast and many more expensive hotels do not offer.
We recommend this hotel in Santiago de Compostela as a very good hotel. Your employees are excellent.

Really very poor

Unfriendly staff. Sterile environment. A hotel that lacks any sense of welcome. The breakfast was poor. We went elsewhere on the 2nd day. We’d rather pay extra than eat the poor choice on offer. The room was fine but basic. Sachet of cheap gel and shampoo.

Nice hotel in Santiago de Compostela

Very nice hotel located in the city cente and 10min walking to Santiago de Compostela cathedral.
Receptionist was very efficient and polite .
The comfy room was very clean. The bathroom has a small bath provided relaxing warm water for my feet after 5 hours of pilgrimage walking to Santiago.
Strongly recommend this property.

Mediocre but good location

2-star hotel with acceptable and clean rooms and bathrooms. Few soaps (insufficient), small shower towel. Breakfast to be paid daily 5€ : at the buffet you can take only jam, dry biscuits and yogurt. At the counter you ask for bread (2 slices) and they make a fuss because you have arrived at 5€. Total absence of salt. Great location for downtown. I park the car at 6-700 meters for free outdoors.

Terrible service and hygiene

Terrible, untidy, bad service. The bathrooms are dirty, with fungus between the joints of the tiles, the person at the counter had no service attitude, they delivered the room with a dirty bathroom and the trash can used by previous guests. For the same price, you get something better.
