Excellent location

Perfect treatment. Very correct room. Excellent location, just behind the Santiago cathedral. We arrived early and were able to leave our suitcases without any problem. When they got to the room they had left them inside. Excellent treatment. Very clean room.

Incorrect and rude person

The host was very unfair!!!! I booked a room in April, the day I was supposed to stay overnight I wrote a message, at 4.30pm, asking by what time I had to check in!!! I was answered: whenever you want!!! I arrived at 12.15am and no one opened the door for me!!! I called the host and he didn't answer. I had to sleep on the street. The following day he didn't even make himself heard. BAD

Great value

Stayed here on our last night of our Camino Portuguese. Centrally located near Cathedral and so cheap considering it's location. Very clean and staff so helpful and friendly. Probably needs repainting in some parts but for the service, price & location it's fantastic. Highly recommended

Fantastic location. Small rooms. Poor sound isolation

Value for the price. Small yet clean rooms. Almost no sound isolation.
We were welcomed by a nice gentleman upon arrival, however, could not catch the staff when we needed to check out.
The view from our window into the square was beyond any expectations - terrific! They played live concerts all weekend long right in front of our window - we enjoyed a lot :)

Comfortable and clean

Nice private room with ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Located in old city and convenient to cathedral.
We were able to leave our bags early, before checking in so we could walk around the city unencumbered.
