Excellent address

Inn very well located, close to the city center, with private parking. Room and Breakfast according to Pension Ranking. Very Good Value for Award, with, in addition, excellent hospitality and good cultural and culinary advice.
We recommend without reservation.

4-night visit - End-of-course trip

We went on an end-of-course trip. The windows did not close, there were spiders in the corners, dirty socks, and the curtain broke due to poor quality. The food was disgusting; everything was fried, the ketchup was expired, etc. The best part was the staff (Don Paco, we love you).

Good hotel to go to as a family

Not that it's a hotel, but we really liked it. We had a room for all four of us, we weren't tight at all, there were plenty of cupboards to store everything and the bathroom was complete, plus breakfast was fine. In what is the room we had 3 free plugs, and we had 4 single beds and 2 tables, some was somewhat soft for my taste, but we slept perfectly. You were close to everything and you have parking in the hotel itself, something else to thank in Santillana. In front there is a park where children can be quietly. The staff, very nice. I'd definitely repeat.

The worst of the worst. I just left this hotel mad.
Last night we arrived at 1 pm and the reception was closed, there was no way to enter the hotel, we had already checked in and all our things were inside. We knocked, we pounded on the door, we knocked on the phone and we only needed to take a glass, nobody opened. We had to settle in the car. One last try at 2:30 and we got the door open. In the morning, just a "sorry" and to run, I have been charged 75 bucks for a night when I have not managed to catch an eye because of the tension I accumulated until I gave them to open.
By the way, the rooms are 40 years old, smells moldy, the beds sound, the mattresses and pillows sink into it and the bathroom... without comment, nor have I showered the disgust of the bathtub.

Magnificent

We stayed 3 days. The First Impression I did not like because edtsmos used to other types of hotels (of course this is a **) and as Ibn passed the days. I've come to the conclusion that we've been very well. The
very attentive staff. Especially Monica. Very poor breakfast and no variety. Very good food both at noon and at night. The bathroom I got was very small and I would say it would need a little renovation.
