The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Room could be cleaner as there’s dust and fluff behind the bed headset and under the table. Room has a balcony but it is by a main road, so can be noisy with passing traffic, if windows left open for fresh air. Good location, only 15 minutes walk to the Medieval town.centre, where parking can be difficult. Unable to comment on restaurant or pool as we did not use the facilities. It was a positive experience on the whole.

Great location

Very well placed hotel ( 600 m from city centre), parking , great room.Reception speaking French.
Collection of cars and motorcycles in the hotel.

Nice, simple hotel

Nice, simple hotel on the outskirts of Santillana del Mar. The sights are within 15 minutes walking distance.
Nice English speaking staff, good restaurant and parking included.
Breakfast is OK but "expandable".
