Clean and comfortable room and friendly staff

Good location. Large bedroom with huge bathroom, very clean and staff were friendly and helpful with information about the city. Good value for money. Would recommend.

We booked a large room for a child and a couple. Room was great and had separation between spaces, which made it easier to sleep. Be vary of the steps between sections of the room, as it is easy to trip over. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Location olia great for exploring the centre and the old top. Plenty of paid parking nearby, but it is quite expensive.

Conveniently situated, good breakfast, good Aircon. Shame you couldn't open a window and the steps in some of the rooms could be dangerous (nothing to define edge of step)

The room we got was not the one we reserved and paid for. I’m not sure if the room was at the same value as the one we received. It was slightly larger, but their excuse for moving us was lame. They stated the room we reserved was not available until a day later. I chose to not disrupt our plans and stick with what we received. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, but not sure I would ever stay there again because of that issue.

We had a spacious triple room with plenty of space to relax. Well located. Upon arrival we parked outside and I checked us in. I was given a little map of how to access the parking and then we used the lift to get directly into the hotel.
