Good experience except for one important detail

We spent eight nights on vacation, the hotel is well located, clean, and very close to the beach. The food was varied with fish and meat to choose from.
The only thing missing was plant-based milk and grilled eggs at breakfast.
Good facilities.
We were not satisfied regarding our sleep at night; the first night we felt that the mattresses were very uncomfortable spring mattresses, especially one of them; we filed a complaint and they exchanged one for another used one but a little better. Our surprise was that upon our departure we saw that they were proceeding to change both for new ones; why didn't they do it when we presented our complaints? We made it known, but they declined responsibility to the housekeeper.
That attitude did not make us feel attended to as appropriate.
If they improve the mattresses, it is a recommendable beach hotel.

Hotel with amazing facilities and luxury food

I went with my partner a few weeks ago, and we loved it. Apart from the large facilities available to the hotel, it is located next to the beach and 15 minutes walk from the village. Also, note that the treatment by the staff has been 10 at all times, super attentive and pleasant, and that the super varied and good quality food, as well as having an iron area with many types of meat and fish.

Perfect family friendly hotel

Quality unbeatable price, a highly recommended hotel to go with the family. Very well maintained outdoor pool with its lawn and bar, in case it is bad, also has an indoor pool. The buffet varied and the food delicious. A great discovery in an area of amazing beaches

Lots of fried foods

Great service and great cleanliness, the food not so much anymore.
Very repetitive and lots of fried food. At dinner, leftovers from lunch are eaten and there is no children's menu.
And as it is a seaside hotel, there is no zebra crossing to cross the road and go to the beach, the zebra crossing is still too far away to walk.

Good memories of the Luz de Luna hotel

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and well-kept rooms, renovated and with beautiful views of the nearby beaches. The facilities are 10. The pools are very nice. The staff is very correct and attentive. To repeat. Highly recommended for families.
