Hotel to consider
3-star hotel located between Baltar and Silgar beaches, which can be accessed in about 10 minutes. Well located between the Portonovo health center and the Sanxenxo bus station, which can also be reached in a similar time (10 minutes). Divided into several types of rooms to suit the consumer (standard, superior, and deluxe). With a pool, private parking, and small swings in the garden. The standard and superior rooms have nothing to envy from those in higher category hotels, both Spanish and foreign, including a safe and refrigerator. Good in cleanliness and a breakfast that is more than varied to choose from. The staff's treatment is very good. As a negative point, the road that surrounds it (now improved with a direct access to the hotel door via a newly inaugurated crosswalk) and the lack of a café service, which is compensated by the numerous places available in Sanxenxo and Portonovo. An option to consider

For a quiet weekend
Careful employees. Good varied breakfast. Good location close to the center of Portonovo and Sanxenxo. Does not justify parking to pay.

Don't even think about going
I don't recommend it.
I had to leave the hotel because the water was not coming out or burning, both in the shower and in the sink and toilet. When he communicated, the receptionist first played crazy, then said it was a problem of the village and finally that the hotel “pulled three boilers” when there was no external water. I waited an hour and a half and the situation did not improve.
When I asked for the refund, I was told that the TPV worked for collection, but not for return, and that the return would be by transfer. I was denied proof of this transfer several times on the grounds of supposed “data protection” (false, because I am the Recipient). The clerk even told me, “If it doesn’t reach you, it’s your problem.”
The money came to me the next day, but after an evasive attitude, contradictory excuses and zero solutions from the staff.
Otherwise, a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Terrible customer service
I've been to many hotels and this one takes the prize for the worst "customer" service. To begin with, if you don't book directly with the hotel, they don't consider you their client, but rather a client of the intermediary agency.
And depending on the intermediary agency you book with, you're second, third, or fourth class... who knows.
We arrived at the hotel at the last minute with two reservations. I'm going to talk about the one carried out at the reservation center. A reservation in a standard room. We arrived at the hotel and were assigned a budget room, the only good thing about it was that it was clean, but there are much better quality guesthouses, or at least the ones I've stayed in.
When we saw the room, we went down to reception to say that they had made a mistake in the room assignment. They told us that they had received a reservation for an economy room. Despite presenting a voucher at reception that clearly stated a standard room, they refused to provide the contracted services.
We contacted the reservation center and they contacted reception while we were there to resolve the situation, but the hotel did not show any desire to resolve the situation. It must be said that the reservation center tried to resolve it without success, but they did not bother to find us a room in another hotel with similar characteristics to the one we had booked, thus violating consumer law on both sides.
