He deserves one more star. Fantastic

I had the great luck with my wife and friends to spend 6 days in the hotel as a member of Imserso travel. Salamanca group, although we are from Almeria.
First of all I want to thank all the "invisible" staff of the hotel, cleaning, rooms, maintenance; especially the kitchen. Magnificent menus, well cooked, to be able to repeat,..., after eight trips with Imserso has surprised us very pleasantly. At first we couldn't believe it. After how badly we are treated in many hotels and restaurants ! how can you do so well!. Thank you on behalf of yourself and everyone who was able to comment. Thanks to the "visible" staff, waiters, professionals and friendly. Reception, Spa (enjoyed the experience).
Finally thank the management and / or property for setting such respectful and professional guidelines and lines of work, especially given that payment is very low. We have received more than we pay!.
It will certainly be our go-to hostel in Galicia and recommended to all our acquaintances and friends.
Thank you for letting us enjoy ourselves for a few days.

Restoration drew attention or effectiveness

Good hotel.Good rooms.Excellent restaurant,for three reasons:One because the food was simple but well cooked and adding Galician dishes.Two because it is a luxury in a hotel nowadays to be served at the table and third and especially because ,I have eaten all my working life away from home,the organization of the dining room has rarely seen it as efficient,not for how fast but for knowing how to be the staff.In short excellence is taken by the gentlemen of the dining room.

Taken together, what any person or family is looking for: Excellent treatment, warm atmosphere, all very well looked after and eat out of 10

DO NOT GO, you enter with 80 kg and in 5 days you leave with 85. How it was eaten. Abundant, well cooked, the waiters super professional, in short, the perfect place for anyone who wants to get fat. The rooms also very nice and everything clean. Easy parking for clients and finish the SPA (outdoor pool for summer, delicious), nice gardens. If I go back there and need to stay I know where to go.

Excellent quality of service

All the hotel and spa rooms are very well kept and clean as well as pleasant (the pool we haven't tested it) and the indoor environment is very quiet: However, I would like to stress the quality of the service, which is totally sensitive and person-centred. Very careful cooking and abundant foods; also take into account possible intolerances and make it easy
