The hotel is exceptionally well located, just a short walk from the Cathedral, Alcazar and the Aqueduct making it an excellent choice for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the city’s atmosphere.
The room was very clean, although there was a strange smell ínside. Other than that, it was good and confortable.
The staff and the breakfast are also ok.

Many shadows from unreal photos for the reservation, I feel deceived. It has ruined my rating.

The hotel has two parts, the new and the old. We got the old part in the basement under the reception, one floor without an elevator and with a terrace. This is the one I can comment on, and I find it unacceptable that the photo of the Double Room with Terrace when making the reservation (new, with sliding doors and plenty of light) and the one we stayed in look nothing alike; a large stay but with little light, very old flooring, an old wooden window with shutters and little light, an excellent bed, a very good bathroom, and excellent cleanliness throughout the stay, including sheets and towels. The terrace, on the other hand, is very neglected with bird droppings that are not cleaned. The reception staff was correct and the breakfast was great.
