Holiday hotel Victoria

We have been a few days vacation and everything phenomenal spacious rooms with comfortable and functional terrace, all the super nice staff, super full breakfast, highly recommended. You have everything around and even though the train station is next door you don't hear any noise,

Filth and unpleasant service

Although it is claimed that it is close to the beach of Segur de Calafell, this hotel is actually quite far from it. To get to an area where you can swim you have to cross a filthy train station, frequented by drug addicts, and then continue through the port area: a long and unpleasant walk. The hotel management leaves much to be desired: the manager was unpleasant, the breakfast portions were scarce, and the pool was narrow and needed cleaning. In addition, the street noise made it difficult to rest.

Not a good choice for a female traveller

The hotel is located about 20–25 minutes from the beach. Reaching it requires passing through several underpasses beneath the railway tracks, which feels unsafe after dark. The property itself is rather disappointing, with a very limited breakfast selection, uncomfortable beds, dirty swimming pool just 3 metres from railway tracks, and constant noise from traffic on a busy nearby road. To top it all off, the manager was notably rude and had an intimidating, overbearing demeanor.

Very nice location near the station, great restaurants across the street. Even it's a bit dated but spotlessly clean and no mold or odours which is important to me. There's nice pool area, real sauna (you have to book it in the morning). The bed was hard, so for me uncomfortable. Overall nice stay, with better bed I'd come again anytime!

change of date 96 hours before not possible

average hotel which dates from the 60s moreover to change the date 96 hours before our arrival impossible not very nice even though the hotel was not full very noisy rooms at the front
