Excellent hotel
Hotel located in an industrial area but connected to the city by the station located a 5-minute walk away (a bit difficult to reach). Excellent, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Large, functional bathroom with a great shower. Good sweet and savory breakfast, restocked at any time, even for latecomers. Kind staff... excellent solution for visiting Bilbao... highly recommended.

At check in the receptionist required a credit card for a deposit of 150 euro and wrote all the card data on the computer. I protested that this is illegal and she erased the credit card data and used POS terminal to block a deposit.
Make sure you have enoughy time for your flight at check out because one has to wait until someone check the room and only then the deposit will be released. 2 or 3 people in the lune and you have to wait forever

Perfect for a basic stay
A good hotel. New and well-furnished, with all necessary facilities. Clean and practical bathroom, good air conditioning, and excellent beds.
The reception was nice and the service at the front desk was nice, friendly, and funny. You felt welcome every day.
The breakfast was good and tasty, yet of a basic standard. The selection was a bit too limited. And the quality of the food sometimes felt 'cheap'. The fruit juice was more like water with nectar, and the coffee was weak and watery. The service was good, but you could clearly feel that the employee was overloaded due to ill-thought-out organization.
The hotel's weakest link is its very weak and substandard Wi-Fi. The system is slow and constantly cuts out, making you realize after a while that it might well be deliberate, that they simply want to offer travelers old-fashioned, slow internet.
And then there's the location: on the outskirts of Bilbao. And with the train from the nearby station, you're in the city within fifteen minutes... only there is usually only a train every 30 minutes. Because of that, we felt like we had stayed just a little too far from the center and the tourist action.
Overall, a good basic hotel. Would hover between 3 and 4 stars... but due to the weak Wi-Fi, I'm only giving it a 2 today.

Good hotel, restaurant not so much
The hotel is good and clean, nothing to complain about, the restaurant has food prepared by a catering service or something like that, hake like hard cod and sirloin like a shoe. Very bad

Excellent hotel but not good food
The hotel is superb: "classy" decor, on-site parking, quiet and comfortable rooms. We will return with pleasure.
Only big downside. The restaurant menu! Simple, not up to the hotel's standards, and above all, not good! For convenience—because we were with a child—we ate on-site twice, with something different from the menu each time, and the verdict remains the same. Not good at all! A real shame for this hotel where everything else is excellent.
