High quality apartment
A fabulous apartment in Seville, highly recommend a stay here. We stayed in the penthouse, with a pool for four nights. Everything was excellent. Clean, well equipped and well located. No key to lose (what a dream)......

Good location but very noisy – bring earplugs
Stayed here with my wife and son in a serviced apartment.
The location is good, about a 10-15 minute walk from the middle of everything with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We were on the top (second) floor and the building has a lift which helps with luggage.
The apartment itself is well set up. There’s a small kitchen upstairs which is useful, and it was cleaned daily. Towels were replaced on some days, although a bit inconsistent. Nice touch with sweets left each day for my son, he loved that.
We had a small plunge pool which my son really enjoyed, although it’s not heated so worth noting depending on the time of year.
Two main things I look for are a good shower and a good night’s sleep. The shower was good with decent pressure and shower gel provided. The bed itself was comfortable, however the pillows were very poor – far too soft and I ended up with a sore neck most of the week. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow if you can.
The biggest downside is the noise. The apartment is directly above three tapas bars, one of which shows football, and it’s very loud. Noise regularly went on until around 3am, and one night until 5am. This will be a real issue if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with kids.
Overall, it’s a good base in a great location with some nice touches, but the noise and poor pillows would make me think twice about staying again unless those issues were addressed.

Comfortable apartment and top location!
Central area, super convenient to visit the center of Seville on foot, c.ca 15/20 Min from everything.
Apartment clean and comfortable for a family, shame that being on the ground floor we could not have natural light because the windows overlooked the inner courtyard.
The only drawback, a bit 'of humidity, perhaps little ventilated and no parking as a super central area.
Simple and quick communication with the Owner and access to the smart apartment.

I don’t recommend this place.
When we arrived, the apartment wasn’t clean. Dirt and hair in bed, sofa and floor. Even the remote was dirty. (check the pictures).
There was no bottle of water, so we needed to go buy drinks in the middle of the night.
Bought bleach to clean the toilet and shower.
Bedroom view is inside so almost no natural light and terrace has no view outside either.
We took this place because it has a pool so we could do a birthday, but there is no warm water for it. So we couldn’t use the pool as the water was way too cold.
Inside it was cold, the thermostat was on at 25 but it wasn’t working.
The place got cleaned 2 times in a stay of 10 days and changed bedlinen and towels which should be more. They didn’t refill the toilet paper so we bought it ourselves from the shop.
The owner came by, and we explained our dissatisfaction and she explained the bedlinen and towels are cleaned via a company, but we still did find hair and dirt in clean towels and bedlinen.
She told us that normally they come clean 1 time and in the summer it is more expensive (500€/night) because then the pool has warm water. We paid around 1100€ for our stay.
This should be mentioned in the details that the pool isn’t warmed.
She knew she was not going to win the argument, so she left without even saying sorry...
We expect more from an expensive place like this and it is a waste of money.
