Fantastic Boutique Hotel
Had a 3 night stay at this wonderful boutique hotel in Seville. It's a wonderful location and within a short walking distance of all the major sites in Seville, also very close to great cafes, restaurants, bars and shops!
The hotel is a fairly new hotel, very clean, beautiful rooms. My room had an amazing shower which I loved and the mini fridge was replenished daily with drinks and snacks! There is a complimentary breakfast in the hotel, which is neatly laid out daily for guests needs, and there are lots of options outside the hotel in terms of various cafes, if you choose to have breakfast in town.
My stay was made even better with the impeccable service from Estrella and Sebastian at the hotel. Their customer service skills are first class. Estrella and Sebastian both recommended various sites for me to visit and Sebastian even educated me on other fantastic places to visit when I return to Spain.
Estrella very kindly booked me a taxi to take me to the airport for my return flight. I very much enjoyed my chats with Sebastian, who took time to explain all the wonderful places in Seville and wider Spain.
First class service and thank you so much guys for making my stay memorable for all the right reasons.
Hope to visit again one day. Viva Espana! ❤️

eally a very good hotel, staff were super nice, always with a smile welcome, no matter what time of day you came or went, you always got a hello or goodbye. hotel is in a nice quiet place, even though there was road work on the street, you couldn't hear the noise in the room. will probably choose this hotel again when I come to Seville again

This hotel is an absolute beauty. I recommend this place 110%. The place is authentic and the design and decoration of the rooms is absolutely phenomenal. Not only the rooms but the whole hotel is designed so intentionally with such tenderness. The kitchen is absolutely devine. It’s the kind of hotel you never want to leave because it’s just so beautifully decorated. The floors are marble the closets are real wood from ceiling to floor. The windows are absolutely the most magical part of the room. I cannot express how much I loved my stay here. The staff are absolutely amazing and kind and attentive. I highly recommend and I will absolutely stay here again.

Amazing stay. Such a good hotel. Clean, spacious, quiet, great staff, and perfect location. Minutes from everything. Can’t believe how lovely my stay was. Even had a proper functioning smart tv and super fast WiFi. Perfect for work. Loved it

The hotel itself is very good located. Easy to reach most places by foot. Buses are nearby.
Good area for restaurants and close to supermarkets.
Not good for parking, hard to find a spot on the streets, and parking close by in the mall costs 25€ per day.
I booked a room with a ”city view”, we received a room with nothing but a view down to the reception. Insulation was very bad, could hear every conversation, phonecall, every sound from the reception while being inside the room. The ventilation smelled like sewage, we couldn’t have it on and asked to change rooms due to the whole room smelling like a toilet. We got a smaller room, after more than one discussion with the staff, they didn’t want us to change rooms because they blamed it on the construction nearby and that it wasn’t the hotels fault. They hesitated to solve this and wanted us to just endure. The handle to the new room was broken, hard to open. Rude approach and behavior from an older man who was the manager. He belittled our experience, if we asked for help and when we made complaints. Very misogynistic towards us. The last night our room didn’t get cleaned, we left early in the morning and came back late evening, when bringing this up, they said we refused cleaning- which isn’t true.
Would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of service and lack of good behavior towards their guests.
