A pigsty and expensive...

42€ for a night in unfortunate conditions of hygiene...an impossible bathroom I will move inside, humidity everywhere, broken shower plate, broken bathroom ceiling, a real pigsty...

The hotel owner actually got angry at the guest.
I received the initial check-in instructions from the owner via WhatsApp. Naturally, when I had a question regarding the hotel later on, I reached out using that same WhatsApp contact. The owner then berated me, asking why I was messaging on WhatsApp instead of speaking to the reception desk.
However, I had already visited the reception desk three separate times, and there was no one there—which is precisely why I messaged on WhatsApp. Furthermore, since the initial guidance was sent via WhatsApp, I assumed it was an acceptable channel for guest inquiries during my stay.
What leaves me completely dumbfounded is that the owner got angry at me for contacting them simply because they were on vacation.
(For context: The reason I was trying to contact them in the first place was to ask someone to remove a huge spider from my room.)

Bad experience!

My reservation was to be paid at the hotel. In the days prior, I had problems with my card, and since the charge was not made, they canceled my reservation! I asked them to wait for me as I would pay in cash. On the day of check-in, I went to see if we could arrange something, and the hostel was CLOSED. The entrance looked bad. They deducted $78 from me.
I had to look for accommodation in the area, and fortunately, I found one that is much better and at a lower price! At Pensión Pérez Montilla! I recommend it for its location and services!

42€ for having a hard time

The only thing acceptable is the location. End.
Old building, with great lack of maintenance, dirty and deteriorated. The phone number listed on Booking does not exist. Unable to contact because no one is attending.
Room with strong smell of damp. Very old mattress on a wooden board, hard and uncomfortable, as well as being sunken on one side. Impossible to rest, and there was no blanket or more bedding available, only the sheet and a thin summer cover. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Dryer with stripped cord. The closet is a hollow in the wall with a hanger, full of dust. There is no elevator.

I booked room with 3 beds but I got 2 bed room. When we open the window of the room, we smelled other room bathroom smell, which was horrible and only one set of keys was given and when we asked for second set of keys the guy asked us why we felt the it was rude and he said no second set of keys will be provided which was weird. Rooms condition was horrible and didn’t like the stay and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
