Holy Week in Sevilla
Love at first sight , a beautiful building with a patio , spacious and clean rooms , and then there is Miguel the heart of this place , has answers and advice on everything . We are still here and I would not leave .... Thanks for the kindness beauty and nos veremos ready!!!

HOSTEL WITH PLAGUES. At night there was the floor full of ants and they came up to my backpack; my clothes and things were filled with ants; they changed my room and ants keep coming out of my backpack. Lousy value for money.

Great facility, spotless!
Clean hotel, new room and equipped with every Service, friendly and helpful staff, I was there with my son, we felt really comfortable, excellent location! I highly recommend it!! If I went back to Seville I would still choose it

Cockroaches in the room
An unpleasant and unacceptable experience. I don't recommend this place.
I had a very unpleasant experience at the Hostal Sierpes in Seville. We paid for two nights but could only sleep one as the situation was totally unsustainable.
At 2:30 a.m., we began to notice strange movements and shadows in the room. As the light comes on, we meet two giant COCKROACHES running around the room. It was a repulsive and alarming situation.
We immediately went down to reception to complain, and the receptionist—very friendly, it must be said—changed us to another room on the second floor.
What seemed like a solution turned out to be another problem:
The mattress was in bad condition and uneven
Bathroom door wouldn't close
The cupboards gave off a stale smell and looked like they were taken from another era
The old wooden windows before the civil war, did not close well, so we had to sleep with the light on for fear of more insects appearing.
All this happened at 3:00 in the morning, carrying suitcases, nervous and unable to rest. The receptionist was sympathetic, but obviously embarrassed by the situation.
The next morning, 8 a.m., with our bags in hand, we tried to talk to a manager to explain what happened. His attitude was totally evasive, minimizing the problem, as if we were making it up.
We put up a claim sheet and they told us they'd call us. As of today, June 20, no one has contacted me. I was the one who had to call back. The same receptionist fully recognized what happened.
I have not been refunded the amount of the second night, even though we did not stay in the hostel for hygiene and emotional health. I have photographs and evidence, and I will not hesitate to take this claim as far as necessary.
This place is not in a suitable condition to accommodate people. The least they should do is take responsibility and pay back the money for a service they did not provide properly.
An embarrassment of experience that I hope will not happen to anyone else.

Very good experience
Very good location , excellent treatment upon arrival the majisima and professional girl and the gentleman too!! I would stay here without hesitation
