HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. SIMPLE AND COZY.

Hotel with few rooms, very cozy and modern. It is a few meters from the entrance to the Santa Cruz neighborhood, and with plenty of restoration in the surrounding area. The staff was very friendly, both at check-in and later with the information. The spacious rooms, with a modern and functional bathroom. Recommended 100% to visit Seville.

Pathetic

Simply horrible, I expected much better looking at the reviews given. Rats snuck into our room, our room service was half-eaten, and the customer service was abominable, insulting, and disrespectful.

Decent hotel

Av Florida Hotel was not a bad experience. It was simply lacking. Pros: reasonable price, quiet, very clean, good bed, and very friendly/helpful front desk. Cons: This is a minimalist hotel; spartan. No guest seating area; evidently there is a rooftop terrace but weather was not conducive. Our room was bare bones; not a place to relax and recharge. Location is not the best; too long a walk to the old quarter. This hotel will be fine if you are in a “pinch”, but you can find a better option for exploring Sevilla.

Great location

Great location to visit the main tourist sites. It is a small hotel, but modern and clean. Breakfast is basic but is presented well and sufficient to keep you going. If you get an internal facing window you will be protected well from external traffic noise. If you get a room above reception you can hear the conversation as there is no sound proofing, hence the 4* rating. All staff are friendly and helpful. Would I use it again...100% yes.

Great hotel

Clean and cosy hotel, with very kind staff. The location is very good, everything could be reached on foot in a short time. The breakfast is great too. The room is spacious, the neighbourhood and the hotel is quiet. They were very attentive, we were here on my birthday and they thought of me with a greeting. Small gesture, but felt good.
