VERY GOOD RESIDENCE

Recently renovated apartment or very well maintained, very functional, very clean, quiet; good bedding; the wifi works very well. I recommend this residence located 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the center of Sitges.

Overall, the stay was acceptable. The area is quiet and very nice. Short walking distance to the beach and stores. The pool area was nice. The receptionists were nice.
The room was clean when we arrived. However, the room lacked simple hotel amenities- no real soap or shampoo/conditioner, and the TV did not have basic news channels. The kitchen did not have enough supplies. All were very limited and not of good quality. The hallway has not even been cleaned during our week there. I had to pick up the trash outside the room, even though I saw a team of cleaners constantly socializing. The reception is open at 12:00 pm. This is not convenient for any tourist arriving before then, since check-in is at 4:00 and you should be able to leave your luggage somewhere. We have been told that our room will be cleaned and that towels and bedding will be changed every 4-5 days. I had to ask reception for clean towels and picked them up. She said that cleaners will come and pick up the dirty towels. It did not happen. The day before we left, after I complained, they finally cleaned (not very well) and changed the beds. I paid 1800 euros for 8 days, and it is not cheap. The amenities and stay were not worth the price. Too expensive for what was provided. I do not recommend this apartment /hotel and will not stay there again.
