This hotel is just 20 metres from Sitges Beach and next to Terramar Golf Course. It offers free bicycle rental, 2 pools and accommodation with free Wi-Fi, private balconies and fantastic views.

Very good
The hotel is very nice in terms of facilities, and I would probably rate it as a 5-star hotel based on the amenities. The pool, spa, gym, and overall facilities are beautiful and well maintained.
However, the furniture is quite old and, in some areas, visibly dirty. You can see stains on the sofas, to the point where I had to cover one before I could sit on it. There were also noticeable scratches on some of the furniture.
The parking is also quite expensive at €25 per day.
The front office staff are professional overall, but some team members could be more knowledgeable. For example, I was advised to extend my stay through Booking.com rather than directly through the hotel, which I found very odd, especially from a hotelier’s perspective.
The Food & Beverage team seemed overloaded and, unfortunately, not very welcoming. Some staff members were not smiling, which gave the impression that they were not particularly happy to see customers. At the Italian restaurant, there was one server running everywhere trying to manage everything, which made the service feel understaffed and stressful. Unfortunately, the pizza was also very dry and lacked flavor. One pool staff member was also eating right in front of us during breakfast in the morning, which I found inappropriate in a guest-facing environment. We also did not see any manager or supervisor during our meals in any of the restaurants.
Overall, the hotel has excellent facilities and great potential, but improvements are needed in terms of furniture maintenance, service levels, staff training, supervision, and the overall guest experience.

Good sea views, good clean pools, towels provided and sun beds at beach. Rooms could do with some investment. Air conditioning should be allowed to drop a little lower too. Overall a nice stay

It was truly amazing. It was a family trip and we enjoyed every space (from the swimming pool to restaurants).

Lovely hotel with good facilities. Excellent Italian restaurant ( we used for Lunch ) and a more formal restaurant but the terrace restaurant right across from the sea was the highlight whether for a coffee / Breakfast or evening meal / drinks

We decided to fly to Spain and to Sitges as a spur of the moment vacay.I was checking the hotels there and Sunway stood out because it’s great location;away from the noise but close enough.What a good decision!!We took a suite with ocean view and we just loved it!!Big living room and big bedroom(access to the huge balcony from both rooms),separate toilet and bathroom.Nice staff and good restaurants.
