Hotel is in fantastic location. Our room superior sea view was probably the best view of the harbour . Pool area and sun beds were difficult to get unless you were waiting for the pool to open at 9am and every bed was taken by 9.02. Just one negative after purchasing multiple drinks throughout the day I wanted to take a cup of ice back to the room to have a final drink on the balcony to be point blank refused with no negotiation. Hotel policy not to give anyone ice. Thought this was really poor to upset guests over something that’s costs very little

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location is great, the pool has a lovely view towards the sea, our family room had a good size & was clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel were very helpful organising our transfers.
Small things that could be better (not a reason not to stay here - we would stay again).
Vegetarian choice - if you have dinner booked as included, this was very basic, same tomato sauce for the pasta every night for example, there is salad etc so you don’t go hungry but given the fish & meat choices as a veggie your kind of forgotten about.
The hotel pillows weren’t great and no choice re soft or firm pillows.
You can’t order a snack by the pool bar, which especially when you have small kids means you have to get dressed and find a near by restaurant for a lunch snack. The pool was still quiet cold early June.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel - fantastic location - highly recommend a visit. Port Soller is just a little piece of heaven on earth.

Would I stay again - yes.

Beautifully located just back from the tram tracks of the famous Soller tramway, this hotel ha much to recommend it. A friendly atmosphere pervades the whole hotel. Staff are cheerful and helpful and many guests were equally chatty - from all over Europe.
Rooms are clean and tidy. Those at the front have the view but will be very hot in high summer. Those at the rear are far more comfortable out of the heat.

Absolutely amazing hotel 😍
Everything from checking to checking out was great.
Hotel is super clean staff are amazing and it’s in a great location.
The roof terrace at sunset was beautiful.
Can’t wait to stay again
