Amazing stay!!
Our 2nd stay at Sol Falcó and it didn’t disappoint. The location of the hotel with its proximity to 2 beach’s is amazing, The food is really good with lots of choice and always fresh with great kids selection. All the staff are warm and friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay as nice as possible. We made great friends with most of the entertainment team and they were amazing with our 9 year old boy going out of their way to put extra games on they knew he enjoyed etc. Special mention to Juan Carlos, Antonio, Aitor and Ivan who we knew from the previous year and Giulio and Loan who are a superb addition to the team, both really fun and positive with the children. We will definitely return next year!!

No way worth the money.
I travel quite often and never expect perfection, but honestly, you can 100% find better hotels for the money. We travelled with our children age 3 and 7.
Cons
*Staff wasn’t helpful or welcoming
* No lifts — difficult with a pram/wheelchair if on 2nd or 3rd floor
* €3 per day to rent a kettle
* €3 per day to use the safe
* Extra charges for towels if late, ice creams and most cocktails
* very Limited cocktails included
* Ridiculous drink token/cup system (I couldn’t even get a cup of water for my child without a token)
* Drinks are served in a plastic cup even during the evening.
* No room or table service at all at any time including poolside.
* Same snack bar food every day
* Pool area not cleaned properly in the mornings
* Children’s entertainment only in Spanish and kids club. Another English couple had their child come out crying where they wasn’t able to get involved in games etc
* Rooms very small and basic
* Overall doesn’t feel truly all-inclusive
* Feels like you’re constantly being charged for extras
* pool does open until 10am which when you have children is way to late

* Good location near the beach and restaurants
* Several pool options, including quieter areas and children’s pools
* Room was clean
We wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel at the price we paid. Save your money.

All inclusive 4 star joke
Just arrived to a so-called 4 star all inclusive and not only are the rooms very very mediocre, small and dated but the drinks choice are as follows and this at 9pm. You can only get 1 drink apiece in a plastic coated caerbord cup. Can't get a pint with a drink alongside it unless you go and wake part of your family up to get them to get you one. 4 star my ar*e and all inclusive drinks package a complete joke

We will be returning!
Just returned from a 10 night stay at the Sol Falco Menorca with our three children. What a fabulous stay. I was worried due to reading mixed reviews.
The hotel is in a good location being a few minutes walk from the beach and around 10 minutes walk to the harbour .
On arrival the reception area was lovely and reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were good. Comfortable and cleaned regularly with good air conditioning in the rooms.
The main pool area is lively with but there are 6 other pools with quieter an atmosphere. We stayed around the main pool as our children loved it.
The food was good and enjoyed the option of the outdoor eating areas at the restaurant. Restaurant staff offered support with our child’s special needs which really helped us.
There is a token system for drinks but you get used to that and it’s not a problem benefit being there are no empty glasses lying around.
The entertainment is great with something for everyone. The Michael jackson tribute was a highlight. The entertainment staff at the hotel are great and I have to give a particular mention to Julia who was wonderful making guests feel welcome and going out of her way always. She really did make our stay feel that bit more special. Thank you Julia !
We go on holiday every year and have never yet found a hotel we would like to return to. This is one place we will definitely revisit . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not a 4 star..
Where do I start?
Ive sat and thought about this review for a good few days and today is my last day here.
This isn't a 4 star hotel, the reception looks 4 star but thats where it ends.
The good point is the water slides however, they do drop into a 2 metre deep pool so beware.
Service by staff is abrupt which is fine, they get busy but there is no personal touch, nothing friendly, just serve you and get you out of the way.
The food is poor, at least 3 out of 5 of us have been ill during our holiday, we got to the point where we went to the supermarket about 50 metres away for a baguette, ham, cheese and some lays because none of us fancied eating here, its the same food on rotation and tastes like its been on rotation.
The tv is abysmal if you like to watch it later on at night when you get back to the room, the only english channel is bbc news. Plenty of German, Italian and Spanish though!
The rooms are very basic, the cleaners do a good job but theres nothing special about the rooms.
The floor around the rectangle pool behind the restaurant is a mess, so dirty. It wouldn't take much to hose it down every now and again.
The air con is the rooms is debatable, you have air con but it doesnt do a great deal. Theres also no aircon in the restaurant and the aircon in the entertainment area is non existent, Prepare to sit sweating. In fact the entertainment area is poor, you cant hear anything if you are sat near the bar.
If you are reading this and are British then this hotel isnt for you, its catered towards Italians, Germans and the French which is absolutely fine, they know their audience, you just wont have a good time, there are plenty of other resorts in menorca which are beautiful
