The bungalow was comfortable & had almost all the amenities of a family home. I love the security - I kept my doors & windows open all the time when at home. It was usually pretty quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away. The beach is safe & great for swimming. The location is close to a bus stop, but it it difficult to get a taxi...have to call. The area is great for sightseeing & for cycling.

So bad we refused to stay. We were given a completely different accommodation to the one we booked. Expecting a two bedroom bungalow we were placed in what could only be described as a one bedroom prison Cell. Dirty, damp. The site was fully booked so we had no alternative but to leave and find somewhere else which at 8pm in peak holiday season with a 5 and a 4 year old in tow was very distressing. We eventually received a refund but had to pay significantly more for new accomodation.

A one night stop over in a chalet. Booking seemed like a nice new chalet. Turned into an old
tired chalet with broken steps surrounded by permanent touring caravans. The other guests seemed very pleasant. Many seemed to stay regularly as the touring vans looked like they had been static for a long time with lavish set ups.

Outside Hui - Inside Pfui

Very disappointing... we only slept there one night as we were passing through. But the one night was also completely enough for us.
We stayed in a wooden bungalow where it was freezing. Approx. 12 degrees... The heating / ventilation made a lot of noise so you were out overnight.
The bathroom / shower was also not very welcoming.
The restaurant... serves frozen pizza, and pasta is heated in the microwave‍♀️
Campsite overall is not kept very clean. At the playground there were balls (vol ball bath) everywhere, some of them were also outside the playground.
We're not going there anymore!

I was only there for one night just passing thru with my family and arrived after dark. It would not be fair to rate the place, but it seems like a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Easy directions and welcoming. The only downside was that we had to leave the car by the front office overnight instead of next to the cabin in a secure area because the gates don’t function between midnight and 7:00 and we had an early departure. No problem. They have security around the place.
