Bad experience

Staff indisposing and absolutely uncooperative. We forgot a new pair of sneakers, came back later in the day to pick them up and they told us they knew nothing about it. We do not recommend

The common areas of the hotel leave much to be desired. The room, I have to admit, was clean, but the worst thing was the service at reception; they tried to rip us off with the price of each night. The best thing is the bar downstairs, which has nothing to do with the hotel. I won't come back even for free.

Hotel in a quiet area of the city, although in need of maintenance.

Negative: Rooms and corridors on the 2 floors of the hotel in need of urgent maintenance, no lift (not adapted, therefore, to PMR), simple mattresses (you will probably end up with some back discomfort, even if slight), very limited but useful amenities (soap, gel and shampoo), no safety bars in shower area, no catering service, hotel without garage (although it is relatively easy to park free on the street in the vicinity of the hotel).
Positive: friendly staff at reception, quiet area of town, affordable restaurants nearby. Value for money, despite the above cited negative.

Good location, big room with balcony. Friendly staff.
But there were some great minuses… The towels were dirty, with someone’s hair inside! The trash bin in toilet was not emptied after previous guests. That was totally disgusting!
