Lovely Bed and Breakfast in a great location

Bit of a climb up to room 7, but a lovely room when we got there. The bed was really comfortable. Great kitchen area on the ground floor for the use of guests and where breakfast was served. As a B&B there aren't staff there all the time, but this is in no way an issue. BIG, BIG thank you to the owner and Rosa for finding and keeping safe something my husband left behind until he could travel back from the south to collect it.

Very noisy

Good location, Close to the old town
Staff is friendly. Nice breakfast ,fresh orange juice
Very noisy, is like sleeping with open windows . You can hear everything thing from the street or from the hotel.
Very bad windows.
Is a shame. Not good for a good sleep .

I don't recommend it

The structure is dated and there is no customer focus. I had booked on booking with breakfast included, upon arrival I was told that paying for it would be extra. The location is good, the cleanliness not so much

Super visit

My wife and myself stayed here, on a break to Santa cruz what a little jem it proved to be great communication from Milena, smooth check in, very comfortable bed and spotless room, lovely shower next morning at breakfast met the lovely Rosa who made us fresh squeeze orange juice and coffee breakfast is continental type with a bit extra would definitely have no problem recommending you stay here
