This was a lovely stay in every area, except for the fact that several of the spa facilities were not functioning, so that was a little disappointing, as we had booked this hotel because of the spa. Daily checks by maintenance staff would eliminate such problems.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is well located with plenty of on-site parking spaces. The restaurant served good food at very reasonable prices. Our room was clean and spacious. We would stay again, despite the problem with the spa.

Disappointing

My experience at the hotel was regrettable; the alarm went off at 5 in the morning, we were without power, and the spa area was not operational. However, when it came time to pay, we paid the same amount without having access to the spa. The truth is, you go to this hotel and pay for something they do not provide, which is very regrettable. We mentioned this at the reception, and they told us it was not their problem. So, if it is my problem that your hotel is not functioning and we were without power, not even for breakfast, then what is it?

Bad experience.

Jacuzzi malfunction, unpleasant and rude maintenance worker, the spa area was cold, the door to the sauna does not close, and the sauna was cold, the spa had many people and children. It is in decline; I have been a customer since it opened and it has lost a lot of quality. There was a lot of noise, room service entered the room at 10:00 AM and woke me up. Bad experience; they have lost a customer. However, the reception staff were very kind.

Certain rooms need improvement.

We have stayed many times at this hotel and apartments, and on this occasion, we were not comfortable; the room had a sloped ceiling with a column in the middle and the bathroom was not functional, it felt more like a 2-star hotel. One of the days, half of the spa was not working. We will return, but if the same circumstances arise, we will request a room change.

Good hotel but bad experience at the spa.

The hotel is very good: it is comfortable, the facilities are adequate, and the food is very good.
Unfortunately, the spa did not meet the minimum standards it should offer: the water was cold. Very cold. It was not appealing to be there since you could not relax. Moreover, it was very crowded, and the adults did not create a relaxing atmosphere.
The security person (lifeguard type) was completely unprofessional; he was on his phone, and in a place like that, it should be prohibited for privacy reasons.
