Young lady in reception was exceptional. Room was clean, Shower great. Good hotel bar. Enjoyed our stay... that's what is all about on vacation!

Worse stay and service
Ons verblijf (1–2 augustus) voldeed totaal niet aan de standaard die van een viersterrenhotel verwacht mag worden: onhygiënische kamers en badkamers, ontbrekend bed, gevaarlijke renovatiewerkzaamheden en onprofessionele service rondom het oplaadpunt voor elektrische voertuigen. Het hotel reageerde pas na meer dan drie weken en nam de klachten niet serieus.
Our stay (1–2 August) was far below the standard expected from a four-star hotel: unhygienic rooms and bathrooms, missing bed, hazardous renovation works, and unprofessional service regarding the EV charging point. The hotel only responded after more than three weeks and did not take the complaints seriously.

I do not recommend the Eurostars hotel chain.
Upon arrival, I contracted the hotel parking and noticed that in the parking spaces designated for hotel guests, there is a water leak from the downspouts.
I reported it at the reception, and they assured me that they would notify the technical service.
I left my vehicle parked for the 5 days of my stay, and when I picked up the car at the end of my stay, I found it very dirty due to the water leak that had not stopped since the first day, as it continued to leak when I left, and the garage had an abundance of water on the floor and a very unpleasant smell.
Neither the director nor the hotel chain's management took responsibility for the costs of washing the car.
There was a clear disregard for the customer and a manifest lack of attention by arguing that the parking is not owned by the hotel. I did pay for my stay at the hotel.

Smart option in Business offer
This hotel was a positive experience, as a balanced and financially smart option to stay close to the Monastery of Monserrat and other points of interest while keeping a higher quality standard, which is not always the case with other hotel offers in this area. Good room, complete services, top cleaning and parking nearby at no cost (at the weekend).
The location of the hotel is good for those who want to stay near the access to the highways, but is away from the city centre.
2 good restaurant deals for meals, right next to the hotel.
Modern, beautiful and welcoming facilities.
Staff very available.
I just had more waiting time than I think normal, in the face of the confusion that existed at the time of check-in, because there was a course-end party, with many young people and escorts, who left a bad first picture, the abnormal noise they made and the unusual movement.
But the night was calm and the next day, I was able to verify that the hotel was quiet and clean.
The room presented is the same as what I saw previously in pictures on the booking sites.

Yesterday 17/12 I tried to make a reservation directly from the web, trying to reward direct sales to avoid commission marketing.
However, once I tried to make the reservation online, it gave me error. The initial rate of the website was 95.5€, as there was a 10% discount applied if you booked directly through the website. When I called to report the error I asked to be booked by phone. First I received a refusal of the requested help apologizing that he could not help me and that he waited a while to book me. After insisting and explaining that I have been working in a travel agency for 8 years, he gave in to send me a link to complete the payment. He sent me the rate without the 10% discount. I claimed this difference, both on the phone and at the front desk. The guy at the front desk told me he couldn't help me. I have filled out a claim sheet to claim this matter. I have been informed that today the director was going to call me (spoiler: he has not called me)
It’s no longer claiming the 10€, it’s the impotence of knowing how the sector works and that no one can help me because they really don’t want to, since modifying a price in a PMS is very simple.
I will continue to pursue the process through the appropriate route to try to combat these abusive attitudes.
