Great hotel very well located behind the cathedral. Very comfortable room. Welcome to slightly improve!

We stayed one night at the 4-star Hotel Palacio la Marquesa in Teruel and the hotel is located on a magnificent square just behind the sumptuous Mudéjar-style cathedral. We have taken the option to park the car in the paid parking with access by lift to car. The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful palace. We had a very clean and comfortable attic room with a spacious bathroom with quality beauty products. The only failure in the room for a 4 star hotel is a coffee machine or kettle to drink a hot drink, a bit of a shame!! The reception was a little distant and too sloppy. Too bad that the receptionist asks us questions with words “opia”, “billed” instead of real sentences with a little more human warmth... I recommend however this beautiful hotel to discover the beautiful city of Teruel

Recommended

We stayed the night of August 01 in the family comfort room and everything was perfect.
Spacious and quiet room, very comfortable and large bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Everything clean and very well maintained.
A few meters from the Plaza del Torico.
Private parking for 20€ a night and with an elevator for vehicles that did not seem as fair as they indicated in the reviews, so that was good too.
The only downside was that the sofa bed where my son slept was not that comfortable, but since he is not an adult and does not weigh much, he probably rested well.

Couldn't be better

Great location very near the Torico fountain. The hotel has onsite underground parking via a car lift which was easy to use. The rooms are clean very comfortable and the onsite restaurant serves very good food. Both the steak and roasted goat leg were exceptional.
A true highlight of this hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help. We arrived with a faulty electric wheelchair that had a broken cable. The staff got their onsite electrician to repair this without hesitation and we are eternally grateful.
If in Teruel stay here. Keep up the great work.

Good hotel but they are cheap!

Being a good hotel with a perfect location, it is a shame that our opinion is "yes, but they are cheap"... Upon arrival, they gave us a room below what was reserved and advertised, which was one of the best; thanks to our complaint and showing them photos, we received the correct one. They claim to have a coffee maker in the room, but only on the first day do you have capsules; the next day, if you want them, you have to pay for it. In the bathroom, only small toiletries, the gels, etc. are half-empty and you have to share. Some towels were not replaced...
