Great - room for improvement

I stayed here with my wife about a month ago. It was really good, great location, the bedroom was excellent and the majority of the staff very helpful. Having said that, a couple of staff members (including on the reception) were disinterested and unhelpful. As so often, there didn't seem to be a manager keeping a close eye on things and the experience became a bit of a lottery.

The luxury of the natural and the details that leave a mark

Fantastic weekend of disconnection, relaxation and quality luxury, enjoying the landscape, gastronomy and silence. An impeccable welcome, with a team always attentive. Comfortable, spacious rooms with great details. A varied and high quality cuisine from Nazario Cano. Ritual Terra is a benchmark of quality and responsible luxury in Moraira, which does not give up the value of what is important,
like proximity, natural and healthy. Wonderful experience to repeat with a memorable team with a great vocation.

The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities we needed including exercise mat and hand weights, robes and slippers.
The staff was super helpful and kind, and our massage was just what we needed!

UNFORGETTABLE

We visited Nazario Cano’s Land Ritual in Moraira and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We chose the pass menu and each dish was a real surprise, with a perfect combination of creativity, quality product and respect for flavors. The presentation of each elaboration is impeccable and care is rating by the details.
Service was close, professional and very attentive, which made us really comfortable throughout the evening. The setting also accompanies, with an elegant but relaxed Mood that invites you to enjoy the experience without haste.
Without a doubt, a place to repeat and recommend to those seeking a special dining experience in Moraira.

Bad

We have stayed here many times. Lovely hotel but staff not that helpful. We stayed in an apartment for 10 nights and on the 7th night we were burgled but with no forced entry so probably an inside job, we had money, bags and phones stolen as there was no safe in the room we had nowhere safe to keep stuff. Manager at hotel very unhelpful and didn’t seem bothered at all we ask to be moved into the hotel as my son didn’t feel safe and they said we had to pay more money.!!! We won’t be staying again. Very disappointing
