Wonderful.
Good value for money. Fantastic setting. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, aesthetically perfect. I'd definitely come back.

Service improvements
I am not giving a bad review because the apartments are fine and I believe everything can be improved, and in this case, it can be improved.
Every morning the cleaning staff parks on the sidewalk in front of the apartments and starts talking as if it were a midday chat. On some days they play music and dance for a moment.
I am the first to vote for good vibes and a good atmosphere at work, but at 7:45-8:00 in the morning, people on vacation are resting and rest must be respected; the same thing can be done in a tone that does not disturb, surely they are not aware of this.
On the other hand, while I was inside with my son, they knocked on our door and immediately opened and closed it. There is no room service, nor do they change towels unless paid for; they did not have to enter for anything, and I asked for explanations via the contact WhatsApp, and they only say they are going to look into it, and a while later that it was maintenance staff and not to worry. If I hadn't been there, would they have just walked in? I still do not understand and have not received an explanation for this; I think one must be very careful with these things.
Finally, if they put simple lounge chairs in the pool area, it would be better; the upholstery looks bad and the bed is all sticky. With simple lounge chairs, you just hose them down and that's it.
I hope you can improve; the location is good and the apartments are fine.

Looks great but needs a deep clean
The self catering accommodation was fine for our needs. The apartment layout is attractive and clean on first appearance however we noticed the place needs a deep clean as the dining chairs and pull out sofa bed were stained.
The bedding linen, blankets , towels and robes were of good quality and l washed them regularly throughout the nearly three weeks holiday. There is a shared laundry with two washing machines that are easy to use. I hung the bedding out and it was dry within two hours ready to be fitted again. I believe we could have paid extra for maid service but we are well used to self catering and thought nothing of it.
The hob, oven and kitchen are sufficient however the stove top kettle l could have replaced with an electric one for ease. The cutlery was well stocked however limited plates and bowls, l assume due to breakages not being replaced. We didn’t cook much but fine for making scrambled eggs and toast. Microwave, toaster and coffee maker available.
It’s a quiet button controlled gated community of eight apartments with entrance to the upper level being at the back of the building. We were there for nearly three weeks and witnessed several other residents being replaced every few days to a week. This meant that the cleaning staff were evident every day throughout the day however they were not intrusive mainly accessed the apartments via the back where possible and the dirty laundry is stored in the same block as the guest laundry but locked separately.
We witnessed the cleaning staff being extremely thorough between each resident with internal and external furniture being moved for washing and cleaning of the floors. Windows and glass balconies were thoroughly polished after each guest left.
The pool was too cold for us and we witnessed few other guests using it for this reason.
The sound proofing is probably what you would expect if living in a flat but we had some heavy footed neighbours!
The bedroom wardrobe is large enough to store your suitcases and all clothing however l would have appreciated a chest of drawers for underwear etc rather than shelves.
The shower and toilet was good with plenty of hot water however the shower base looked like it had been chipped over time and the grouting around the shower needs scrubbing and bleaching. There are Rituals products to save you taking body and hair wash plus hair conditioner.
The location of the apartments was central to access both directions and only three minutes walk to the beach, well stocked supermarket and good restaurants.
All in all it is not cheap accommodation and catered for our needs on the whole. I do think the apartments require some deep cleaning and maintenance but not sure when that would happen given the fast turnaround of holiday makers leaving and arriving. I would stay again if we were going to be in the area.

Beautiful Apartments
The apartments are absolutely immaculate. Air conditioned, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Everything you would need for a self catering holiday is provided in the kitchen. The linens used were good quality and bathrobes are also provided. The outdoor space has 2 beanbag loungers and a small bistro set. The location was perfect, in a quiet side street a few minutes walk to Los Pocillos beach and the bars and restaurants in the area. The apartments are in a locked complex, which makes it feel secure and secluded. The pool area is kept clean and is well maintained, with the added bonus of being lovely and quiet as it’s only shared with around 6 apartments. CIH were so helpful and accommodating when our flight was cancelled, and were contactable out of hours via WhatsApp. We have booked to go back and I have again received amazing customer service, they really do go above and beyond. CIH are the only apartments we will use on our future visits to the island.

Very nice and clean, relaxing atmosphere, close to the center and 5 minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets restaurants and bars 2 minutes from the apartment, really no negative points!
And above all you feel at home!!!
