Reception male staff were so attentive, nothing was a problem for them. Second time returning and will come again! So close to all attractions, restaurants, cafes, pool so ideal and peaceful

Nothing superior about it

DO NOT BOOK A SUPERIOR STUDIO Wont be staying here again. Photos attached, the balcony ( if you can call it that because it is incredibly small) the fan for the air-conditioning takes up most of the room on the balcony and gives off heat. So no romantic meal on there if you are planning one. And for the view it was just a block tower apartments.
We did ask for a change of room but were told they were fully booked.
Dirty walls, dirty chairs, no mirror on the desk ( if you need to do your makeup )
We had to stick with a shower were the door was broke and had to squeeze in there, the shower changes temperature from hot to cold. The plug hole filled with back water and gave off a foul smell through the sink.
We were on the top floor and ended up walking up and down the steps because thw lift would pick and choose when it wanted to work. Only bonus was the location but thats about it.

Few issues

Nice clean apartment, fresh towels every two days, cleaners work hard and keep the place looking good. Arrived late the receptionist was quite unhelpful but haven’t had any issues since. We were on the too floor the lift doesn’t take you right to the top, which was an issue on arrival. As two people in the late sixties trying to get heavy suitcases up two lots of steps wasn’t easy.
Apart from that we had a nice stay but wouldn’t be back due to the lift problem

Quiet hotel, very clean.
Location is perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants l.
Hotel is dated and the elevator is very small. It wasn’t working one of the days, which is not ideal for a 5th floor room.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again
