Small beautiful hostel

The decor is beautiful. They provide with a towel but no amenities. They have a cafeteria where you can eat (I didn’t use it). Customer service is great. I paid 3.50 euros to wash, but dried on a dry line. Clean spaces and very safe. This is where I started my Camino de Santiago. Pictures are true to reality.

Bad place to stay in à great location

You would not expect much comfort in a hostel but this place is absolutely horrible. Beds are uncomfortable, no hot water, the place had not been cleaned..

Pleasant experience

Room clean although very warm. The friendly and welcoming staff at the entrance .central location. The bar opens at 7 but serves at 7.20 ....

Do not ask for extra bed

It is the second time I stayed here, because the first time I found a place with very careful charm. This time we stayed in a double room with extra bed and what a night of no eye. At 04:30 on your feet eaten by some kind of insect. What bad luck and what a bad experience.

Lack of Support - power failure

During our staying on the "Camino" power went of around 23h30. No one answered phones or gave support. We had a cold night without heating in December and no phones or power banks charge. Not even an excuse request or an explanation. Room was ok, cafeteria staff great however as an hostel they must guarantee support if something happens!
