Charming hospitality, elegance, and glamour!

Elegance, glamour, luxury, comfort, gourmet cuisine, and charming hospitality are the symbols that govern the hotel excellence of the Palacete de la Ochava in Valdilecha, Community of Madrid. Their banquets bear the mark of success, supported by the quality and professional service they provide, and by the unique and beautiful location where it is situated. Celebrating an event, whether family or corporate, is a lasting memory.
A week ago, we had the opportunity to verify firsthand that these exalted endorsements correspond to a tangible and unquestionable reality. A wonderful kitchen, a selection of excellent local wines, and very comfortable and quiet rooms are the attributes that we were able to fully enjoy during two days. We highly recommend it!

I include myself among the cooks of Asturias.

The cooks' club of Asturias is very grateful for the golden plates, spectacular location, attentive service, and superior facilities. There is nothing more to say than everything was a perfect 10 for a repeat visit, very well done.

I want and I can't

In a hotel you have to shower with cold water or boiling water, because I do not see it very normal. Not only did it happen in our room as a one-off, it happened in more rooms. They can sell it as a Turkish sauna of contrasts.

A will and no power, deceive the photos.

Access to the site is very bad, the entrance has nothing to do with the photos. The treatment of the staff, except for a guy named Juan who doesn't know what education is.
The bathroom of the rooms, last century.
The breakfast buffet, very mediocre and scarce, access is by the garage (unimaginable).
The photos seen on the web are not real, they are taken to appear what is not.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH JOHN

The site is much less than you can see in the photos. Pretty normal service. Basic customer service. It needs a renovation in the rooms.
And above all, we were spoiled by the experience of a certain Juan who works there. That he intruded where no one called him. Very ill-mannered.
