In Valencia
We stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a great time. The rooms are simple, comfortable, clean - daily cleaning-, with private bathroom and everything you need. The location and 'convenient, in the barrio del Carmen, in the historic center, but quiet.
The bed is comfortable. The owner, Italian, and 'very kind and very helpful.

Family holiday with the family
Structure in the historic center, the Barrio del Carmen, a few steps from the main monuments of the city ', well communicated by bus to the city of science. Bikes can also be rented.
Staff very friendly and welcoming, clean and comfortable.

The coffee of discord
Bad, and I'm not referring to the place but to the owner, Fabio is a terrible person.
Four days before departure we cancel the reservation because we dared to ask (just for information) if the structure was planned for any coffee machine.
But let's start from the beginning, I contact this very nice prankster privately to book 4 nights in his facility. In the beginning very helpful, in January we book for the month of February, all well until that damn Friday when I dared to ask if there was a coffee machine in his facility, never question was more offensive. A series of tragicomic messages started , with cherry on top ... personal offenses for my origin ( I am from southern Italy ) . Insults like "you're provincials," "the same old southerners who can't travel," "if you're looking for luxury, go elsewhere."
I swear, I never, ever thought a question like that would provoke such discontent.
I do not carry it for long, scheduled departure on February 14, 2025 on February 8, we were without a room 6 people in the middle of a road. He even accused us of making him fight with his wife in front of her daughter because of our absurd question. This is all absurd. This man's greyness is out of tune with the name of his hostel. So if you really want to stay in this place refrain from asking questions that smell like naivety or coffee

We were asked to pay off the books, which we declined because we never set foot in this place.

Excellent stay
We spent two nights in this property, located practically in the historic center of the city of Valencia. The rooms are small but equipped with all comforts. The cleanliness of Mrs. Maria is excellent, not to mention the kindness of Fabio, who was willing to provide us with all the necessary information for getting around. If we were to return to Valencia we will return here because we feel at home, thank you for everything.

An amazing place
If you want to feel good, well this is certainly the place for you!! Comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and equipped with every need, fridge in the room, hairdryer, shower, towel change every day. The icing on the cake are the owners Fabio and Mariella, they are available and very kind for everything you need, from needs regarding the structure, but also for information on the city, places to visit and where to eat. Furthermore, it is possible to rent bikes directly from them, which is very useful for visiting a city like València. My family had a great time and we felt like family
