BEWARE OF SCAMS

BEWARE OF SCAMS!!!
Booked on April 16 for 3 nights in August, reservation confirmed by the property the next day. They wrote to me on July 17 that the agreed price is too low for what they offer and threatened to cancel the reservation if I did not accept a much higher price (from €255 to €390) within 48 hours!
They lure customers with low prices and then threaten you if you do not accept a higher price close to the holidays!

Misleading name: "Cosy rooms" Embajador, floor 3

Though we've booked and prepayed 5 overnight stays, my husband and I were accommodated in a rather small, uncomfortable and miserable room at Embajador, floor 3, that had not been renovated since many years. Warn out stuff, uncomfortable pillows, dirty towels and malfunctioning bathroom, so that one could not take a shower. No space for suitcases, no table and no chairs inside the room. After we have complained, we were given another poor and warn out room at Embajador on floor 3. The name "Cosy rooms" is misleading! Overall the ambience in this old building is rather depressive and these rooms are overrated and overpriced. Poor breakfast. Outdated photos/images on their site that mislead people. Dissatisfying experience in Valencia. Sunshine cannot compensate for the low quality services they provide.

Room was half the size of the photos, missing balcony that it claimed was there as well, smelled like mold from water leakage

Mold in bathroom, overpriced even for this location

Location is perfect, although a litlle noisy and dirty on the street.
The check in service is not great. After a long travel time you want this to go smooth.
The room is not hygienic. There is sever dirty mold in the bathroom which is disgusting when you are washing or brushing your teeth.
Conclusion: overpriced even for this location
