Location that we will definitely choose
The building overlooks the Plaza del Mercado Central, in the heart of Valencia. The nearest metro station, Àngel Guimerà, is about 6 minutes walk, very convenient for getting around.
After passing the front door and that of the floor reserved for the apartments, you access a nice and welcoming environment, from which you can reach the various units.
Our apartment was really very nice, clean and with great views of the Mercado Central. Really great!
The location is simply enviable: in the heart of Valencia, with everything at your fingertips.

Terrible.
Structure super NOT RECOMMENDED.
Lack of room cleaning for the duration of your stay.
Change of towels obtained exclusively with advance payment.
I went to buy toilet paper because for three people and for three days we were only given 2 rolls.
And last but not least, they REMOVED our deposit of 150€, simply because they found an empty pack of cigarettes in the trash can and for this they accused us of smoking in the room, which is not true and not proven.

PESSIVE treatment. STOLEN BAIL
I stayed at the property, (in room 105) from April 3, 2026 to April 6, 2026 in connection with booking no. 26022282292, made through Club alma socios.
I was withheld the penalty, accusing me of smoking in the room without any kind of evidence. The service and staff are bad, with paid services that should be free (towels and toilet paper), not to mention the stains on the sofa and toilet table.

Too bad about...
The most shameful thing was the toilet seat (vds photo) soaked in dirt with yellow edges, followed by the mold in the bathroom that produced a very unpleasant smell and lastly the bed, a sort of cot with wheels that moved with every movement.
Apartment 108, really a shame with small precautions would be perfect.
