Our favourite place in Valencia! Always a pleasure to come back to this hotel. Very central, great breakfast at the rooftop and friendly and helpful staff.

Highly recommend. The hotel is within a block from old town so lots of walking and touring. Great plazas nearby. The hotel’s bar is very enjoyable and hotel staff was amazing!

Great service and location
We only stayed here one night, but wanted to comment on the excellent service. The staff coordinated our arrival time in advance and when we arrived early, they pleasantly stored our luggage and provided a good recommendation (horchateria nearby) to spend an hour or so before our next activity. Room was fine - breakfast was fine. We were hoping we could catch the July 1 fireworks from the roof, but no luck. Overall the location was great and service was warm and personable.

Excellent hotel, great service, loved it!
Before you even arrive communication is excellent, really helpful and prompt with all requests, thank you.
We were upgraded due to a special birthday to a Suite which was lovely with many balcony’s, great views and the best shower!
Main bar is lovely and rooftop very special!
Highly recommend in every way.

I can’t really give this hotel either a bad or a glowing review — it was just okay overall. The staff were lovely and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, but the hotel itself was very basic and definitely not what I would consider four-star standard.
In our first room, the air conditioning didn’t work. To their credit, the staff did try to fix it, and when that wasn’t possible they moved us to another room. The second room was larger and the air conditioning worked perfectly, but again, the room itself felt very basic.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I’ve honestly never had such a poor breakfast experience at a hotel, and on our last day we decided to skip it entirely and eat elsewhere. There was no buffet or fresh bread available. My husband ordered a toastie, which turned out to be made with cheap white sliced bread with the crusts cut off, and it looked like it had barely touched the toaster.
All in all if you are looking for basic hotel in the centre this is a great choice, but it was very expensive for what we received. I would definitely not book again!
