SUMMER in VALENCIA 2026

The location is excellent.. the panoramic terrace is beautiful and the two girls at the reception are very kind. The studio apartment is small but cozy.
Being a seaside resort, changing the towels every three days is not ideal. It is the first time I have found an apartment with a kitchen but without a cooktop; also, adding a few more dishes would not be bad.

Awful experience

Awful experience.
Very noisy, particularly during the night and I could not sleep well.
Cleaning service available every three days. I had to buy my own shower gel as they don' t let you enough.
Restaurant service very poor , poor variety of food. Personnel really rude. Despite I had paid for breakfast, every morning I was not on the list and I had to go to the reception showing the receipt of payment and had an argument every single morning. (this happens six morning over six !!!!). The restaurant personnel, despite seeing me every morning with the same problem, were really rude and not understanding.

NOT A HOTEL BUT A RESIDENCE
Horrible bed, pillows miniscule
No maid service
Check in is at 4 pm and not a second earlier for everyone
A/C in rooms but set at 30^C so had to keep windows open which meant very noisy
Location not close to anything 20-30 min walk t o beach and 20-30 min drive to town center
very unsafe area at night

Not really a hotel...

The word "hotel" is a misnomer here. It's a privately-owned student residence that also happens to rent some rooms short-term. It's cheaper than hotels in the central part of Valencia, but it's also a 45 min bus or 39 mi tram ride away. Both are right out front, though.
Some of the folks working reception are great. Really nice people.
The "restaurant" won't really serve you if you're not a student (with some exceptions, depending on the heart of the person working). You cannot do laundry without downloading an app to your phone.
Kitchen for "deluxe room" comes with no dish soap, towels, pots or pans. You do get one plate, one each of utensils. No do not disturb sign to put up, so cleaners come in and tidy up & disappear stuff you wanted to keep. Coffee fixings in the room do not get replaced as they get used up even if you're staying more than one night.
I don't blame the workers. It's the owners of the place that have made these decisions. It's not a bad place to stay, just too much money for what it is and that is definitely not a hotel.

Remove the name hotel immediately...nightmare

Remove the hotel name immediately. They're student rooms. It's not a hotel. At the entrance with “clean” room we all had hair in the shower and on the sheet. We didn't have soap. The room is made every 3 days as well as the change of towels. By the way, I paid for it as a hotel and not as a guest house.
