HARMFUL IN EVERYTHING EXCEPT SITUATION

LOUSY with capital letters. Don't even think about going for a price. The only good thing is the location, but the rest a disaster...inhuman.

A nightmare!!!

I got ripped off!!
I asked for a claim sheet and not to give it to them they said they'd give me 50% back. Now they say report it wherever they won't refund it.
The blind was broken and came in, very cold, light and noise, the conversations of everyone were heard.
The bathroom knob was broken and we couldn't close the door, zero privacy.
Zero cleaning, tiny sink, nowhere to hang the towels. No cupboards. The fine bedding for the cold that made at night... a nightmare stay.
I'm gonna report you. By not giving the claim sheet they commit an administrative violation, by not paying what they offered on WhatsApp they have proceeded to cheat and I hope this comment helps not to deceive anyone else

Three days into an organized trip five months in advance, it leaves us without accommodation.

With a reservation made 5 months in advance we did not even get to go because 3 days later we canceled the reservation without giving explanations or picking up the phone.
No rooms were supposedly available.

Charges for in-room services you later refuse to offer

Eye. A scammer!! I hired a room with street views, wardrobe, air conditioning, soundproofing, and plugs on both sides of the bed, and gave me a blind room, with a paltry window, extremely hot, with paper walls, no towels or shower gel for both users, no wardrobe to place clothes in, and only one of the two plugs worked. I informed the owner of these shortcomings but he refused to correct them and never came forward or replied to messages. Be careful because you will continue to con customers in good faith.

Experience not to be redone

Only the central location is great... for the rest is all dilapidated and badly cared for... there was a good thing.... broken bathroom handle, missing shower door, split cupboard, rolling windows open from the wall..... better I stop here.
