Total Valencia Vintage Apartment
Early September a week with my wife and baby (0) stayed at this hotel in Valencia. The apartment was really top and we have virtually nothing to criticize! Also the location was right in the center. Everything within walking distance and also ideal with the little one because of his sleeps. You have everything nearby and perfect to walk down the street in the morning to have breakfast at a bakery.
Definitely recommended! Only downside was that there was no elevator available.

Bad experience
Indecent, neglected, the windowed bathroom larger than the unwindowed bedroom, furniture and fixtures completely ruined. Smells like a ski lift sewer unnecessarily disguised with ambient perfumers. A rusty boiler at the entrance without any logical explanation. The only plus point is the location in the center.

Traditional apartment, great location in the Old Town
Great location for sight seeing, access to bars & restaurants. Street is generally quiet over night. Two Juliette balconies (main bedroom and lounge). Beds are super comfortable and the large bedroom has a massive bed! The twin room is very small and has no windows, nor aircon (& the door was a bit wobbly). Bathroom is functional and clean, but a bit tired. Apartment itself is very traditional (tiled floors, high ceilings) and has a modern kitchen dining area. Great find if it’s available! Managed by an agent who were really helpful and responsive.

La ubicación no es todo
El piso se encuentra en una de las mejores zonas de Valencia, junto en el casco antiguo, en el barrio del carmen. Esto es lo mejor que tiene.
Que sea un segundo sin ascensor, teniendo en cuenta la antigüedad del edificio, tiene un pase. Que el patio de luces no te puedas ni asomar de la suciedad y lo dejado que está, es pasable también teniendo en cuenta que parece que algunos pisos están abandonados.
Lo que no se puede permitir es la suciedad que tiene el piso (telarañas, desconchones, paredes sucias) y el mal olor a cañerías humedad que no se va ni ventilando el piso.
Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón pero no en la habitación del fondo, cosa muy necesaria en días de calor.
Es una pena porque tiene su encanto ya aunque ha realizado reformas y han intentado mantener la esencia del sitio, manteniendo suelos, paredes y puertas, hay una falta de limpieza y mantenimiento, cosa que sorprende teniendo en cuenta el suplemento que hay que pagar precisamente por limpieza.
No lo recomiendo teniendo en cuenta el precio que tiene.

Comodo e pulito
Ho chiesto a tripadvisor di aggiungere questo appartamento vacanze perché davvero ne vale la pena... centralissimo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione (l'affascinante estacio nord) a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro Xativa, vicino alla fermata del mitico bus 19 con cui raggiungi un po' di tutto, a 300 mt dal mercado central, a 2 passi da plaza de la Rejna... appartamento con 2 camere + 1 bagno + piccolo bagnetto, cucina attrezzata, salotto con tv lcd, Wi-Fi gratuita, pulito, unico neo le finestre che danno tutte su cortili piccoli interni. Ricevimento sul posto perfetto (1 ora prima del check-in previsto) ragazzo gentilissimo non ha voluto deposito cauzionale.. simpatica e disponibile anche la ragazza che stava facendo le pulizie. Ai piedi dell'appartamento gelateria, panificio dove fare anche colazione, salumeria con vendita del mitico bocadillo. Consigliato per famiglia, centralissimo ma tranquillo.
