Excellent location, everything was at our doorstep and the team were fantastic. The only thing we didn’t have was a balcony or terrace but our property was a bed each so we compromised on this. Also would be great to have a bottle and wine bottle opener in the apartment, this was easily fixed as we went to the cafe downstairs and they obliged kindly. 100% recommend this place.

Poorly attended due to the company's mismanagement.
The best: the location in downtown Valencia and the comfort of the beds.
The kitchen was also well equipped.
The worst: the apartment had many shortcomings; bathrooms without space for towels, very small sinks, and unhygienic showers, with mold, and one of them did not drain well. In one of the bathrooms, we did not have hot water for the entire week (we had to shower in our friends' room, which was quite uncomfortable). They told us that the heater was broken and that they had requested another one. We did not believe them; we thought the problem was prior.
The bedrooms do not have shelves or drawers to place clothes; there was only space for hangers.
The windows, having the handle very high, could not be opened for ventilation; and the shades could not be lowered either due to the lack of the appropriate mechanism.
And the worst part was that the elevator was broken from the first day we arrived, and six days later it was still broken. A total of 106 stairs to go up and as many to go down, which hindered our freedom of movement to come and go, complicating our plans (six women close to seventy years old). We can understand a breakdown, but not the negligence in the solution. A vacation rental should have a more agile response and more considerate attention. We felt poorly attended to in this matter and also regarding the hot water; it was us who had to call constantly. We requested compensation for so many deficiencies, but there has not been a satisfactory response. We are still waiting.

The property was well located. However, the cleanness was really poor together with the very poor quality furnishings. Toilet not flushing, around the shower edges mould was built in, hair in the floor, wonky wardrobes, AC only in the living room/kitchen, the sofas really uncomfortable, poor quality and really low.
The 300 euros/night for this accommodation are not worth to pay.

This apartment is nothing like the photos. They have very cheap broken furniture. The beds don’t have frames, is just a matresss on the floor. Very cheap supplies (toilet paper,etc). Very noisy building, you can hear everything is going ok including people screaming until 3-4am. Is very good location but not worth it. Disappointed that they label as a luxury apartments.

Oh sweetheart… where do we even begin.
You walk in thinking you’ve booked a chic little Valencia stay—clean lines, modern vibes, maybe a spritz on the balcony. And then the floor says, “No ma’am.” The boards are lifting, separating, and drifting apart like a group chat after a scandal. In one spot, they’ve been “fixed” with what looks like tissue. Tissue. I’ve seen sturdier engineering in a cocktail napkin.
Now naturally, you ask yourself: why is the floor trying to escape? Baby, follow the clues. The bathroom is serving “moisture, but make it permanent”—patchy sealing, mysterious stains, and a general sense that water has been winning here for quite some time. Then you check the water heater and—oh—corrosion, streaking, and just enough evidence to suggest this isn’t a phase, it’s a lifestyle.
And cleanliness? Let’s talk about it. The sink had… additions. The corners had character. The sofa had a history. Not a good one. The kind where you don’t sit down, you hover and reflect on your life choices.
So we raise concerns, right? Because we’re reasonable people. And the solution they offer—brace yourself—is an ozone machine. Yes. A machine that requires you to LEAVE because the air becomes unsafe to breathe. But don’t worry, darling, once it’s done, everything is magically fine. So the problem isn’t the mold, it’s your ability to smell it? Groundbreaking.
We had three young children with us. This was not going to become a family science project.
