Great spacious room.

Great spacious hotel room. The shower with the massage jets is great! Too bad about breakfast; we had to leave earlier and they gave us just one potato cake for two and 3 slices of kiwi and watermelon. A bit light considering the price of the room.

Just WOW!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Without a doubt, it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time.
The customer service was outstanding. With only about six rooms, the hotel offers a truly personalized experience. It is managed by someone who is incredibly attentive, organized, and always available to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Our room was immaculate, modern, felt brand new, and was spotlessly clean. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Breakfast is served at the hotel's sister property, just a short walk away, and it was absolutely excellent. The quality of the food was outstanding, the service was attentive, and it was well worth the brief walk each morning.
The only point worth mentioning isn't related to the hotel itself, but rather to its location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Valldemossa's historic center, where driving can be a bit challenging due to the narrow streets and restricted traffic areas. We recommend planning your arrival in advance to avoid any confusion. That said, the hotel provides a parking permit that allows guests to park free of charge on the streets and in the town's public parking areas, which is a very convenient benefit once you arrive.
Overall, we would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The exceptional hospitality, beautiful and spotless rooms, and the personal attention given to every guest make this a true hidden gem. We would gladly stay here again.
