Kindness and service at its best

Had an amazing three day stay with my family. The team is very welcoming. A special thanks to Soumaya, Marwan, Gustavo, Mehdi and Uxia for their help and service. Their smiles and kindness made our stay more meaningful and appreciated. Thanks a million and I’m looking forward to seeing u soon

It's not four stars. Hotel with many shortcomings, lack of maintenance and cleanliness

Hotel that advertises with 4 stars. We have been near a farmhouse that was celebrating a wedding we attended
1.When I go to the bathroom the broken magnifying mirror and missing a piece of mirror
2.I will keep water in the fridge and surprise...there is only the wooden hollow, when I open the door.
3.Other guests when accessing the room were wearing macaroons on the floor
4. Other guests used the room from up to three days, did not clean any day

Great service

Had a very lovely stay here in July, Tiago was an absolute super star and helped with anything we needed and went above and beyond - some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel before. The pool area is great to relax by, would definitely recommend staying

Good address outside the city

We stayed for one night during a motorbike tour in this welcoming property. The room was very clean and well furnished. An oasis of peace and tranquility. Very friendly staff, large car park abroad with swimming pool. Excellent quality-price relation.

Very good weekend getaway

The facilities were impeccable, the spa was very intimate, we really liked the
Attention, and calm, the perfect suite and the very complete breakfast; The staff is very friendly and caring at all times.
