IN THE CENTRE OF VIELHA

We will definitely repeat.
I loved the hotel.
The location is unbeatable, the common rooms very correct.
The rooms are no wonder but according to the price you pay.
For me it meets all the requirements to repeat.

Very dissatisfied

They're very unprofessional. They didn't want to pay me back for canceling the reservation due to illness and even with medical proof. Unpresentable.

It has lost its essence of family hotel

Well now we haven't been to the hotel for 5 or 6 years. And... too many changes, and in my humble opinion not positive. The spa has been modernized if, but it is no longer free, the hot sanitary water at noon did not work, at least in my room, in the afternoon / evening if from what I understand that they limit it, the food is good but somewhat expensive to be menu, before it was quite cheaper and the truth was the menu was great, there is no air conditioning so you have to sleep with the balcony door open and hear all the noises of the main street of Vielha, not disappointed no but my next return we will already study new hotels.

Beautiful establishment

Very nice and professional staff. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Central location for dining on foot. Secure parking nearby. Very good Price quality ratio

Good atmosphere although some defects

The hotel is very well located, with spacious rooms and good food
when going in summer there was no air conditioning and it was hot in the room, also the beds are somewhat hard and the shower narrow
however the hotel is very nice
