Lovely 2-night stay at Hotel Solpor in Vigo

We had a lovely stay at Solpor in Vigo as a half-way stop on our Portuguese Coastal Camino (4-5 July 2016). The lady looking after us was very efficient, hard-working and very helpful with directions and excursions around Vigo.
Clean and spacious!
The cafeteria located conveniently below the Hotel was also good and the staff treated us very well
I will recommend this establishment as a very well-priced, cosy stay.

Stayed one night before transiting to another town

I arrived Vigo from Porto at the old train station. I took a taxi uphill to Hotel Solpor (5 Euro). The room was basic but clean with hot shower, power plugs, WIFI. The next day, going downhill to the 'new' train station was easy.

Good enough for a short stay

Clean, cosy room and helpful staff. Not exactly in the city center, but close enough. On breakfast we only had available coffee and milk. I think that some little cake or bread would make the difference on the morning. For all the services it's an ok price.

Pésimo, deplorable

Estábamos de paso y nos quedamos una noche. Súper viejo, sin ascensor, olor desagradable. La cama supletoria a ras del suelo. Sábanas y toallas sin comentarios. En el baño estaba roto el pulsador que cambia de grifo a ducha, me dijeron que lo iban arreglar y no fue así. Así que cuando fuimos a ducharnos fue una odisea, ya que salía disparado. La cafetería cerrada y viendo como está hace mucho tiempo. Las paredes de papel, oímos todos los ronquidos. Ni lo aconsejo ni volveré. No sé donde le pueden dar la valoración que tiene. Me he sentido un poco engañada.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre et à 30 mn à pied de la gare maritime pour les îles Cies. Accueil très sympa. Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Seul bémol la qualité de la literie. Animaux acceptés donc très appréciable.
